  • After 24 Hours: Cancellation may not be accepted for customized items as production might have already started.
  • Customized Orders: Once production begins, cancellations are not permitted.
  • Non-Customized Items: Cancellations may still be considered if production hasn’t started.
  • Ready-to-Wear Items: Cancellation requests must be made before the order is shipped.

How to Cancel an Order

Refunds for Canceled Orders
